For 40 years, we have operated a retail showroom - now called Urban Forge - just minutes down the road from our forge on the beautiful, historic town square in Mountain View, Arkansas. The 10,000 foot stone building was built in 1929...and is filled with hand forged treasures. It serves as a market showroom, to display and offer some of the beautiful work we do at the forge. We include and examples of our custom work, and offer custom design services as well. And from time to time, one of our blacksmiths will demonstrate the craft in the old "Village Smithy" forge out back.
Throughout the space you can view video of our gifted artisans at work, and see examples of the ancient tools and techniques we use to build the finest hand forged iron home furnishings available.
In the same space our clients can enjoy Bushel and a Peck Cafe...offering a unique dining experience featuring local flavors, specialty salads, desserts & brick oven pizzas. Don't be surprised if you run into a live music performance too. There is always something wonderful to experience.
