As a new addition to our trademark Sassafras line, Stone County Ironworks is excited to offer this piece as a part of a unique collection of intricately detailed tables, beds and accessories. This collection is sophisticated yet organic with twining vines and textured branches.
The Sassafras Island is truly versatile and is limited in its use only by the imagination. It could serve as a working kitchen island with a custom butcher block top, granite, slate or concrete! With an oversized top, it could be a bar height table…
Sassafras is versatile in other ways as well. It is great at taking on a new look influenced by its surroundings. Sassafras adds organic sophistication to an urban dwelling, or rustic elegance to a mountain lodge. Wherever placed, this stunning table will add an interesting element to any space and will be admired and enjoyed for generations.
Although it is shown in a natural black finish, the base of this table is available in any of the premium finishes and highlights especially well with gold or copper accents on the hand-forged iron leaves and wraps.
